Yet another beautiful sunset. I went outside to unwind and an array of clouds in the western sky bore the promise of a glowing sunset. Regular readers of these pages will be aware of the fact that I frequently photograph the sky. I guess I wish I was part of it. I took a sequence of photographs, utilising sunset and dusk presets as well as adjusting hue and exposure values.
My wife bought a new camera for me so I could easily take decent photographs on my bike rides. The camera, a Nokia Coolpix S9200, has an 18 optical zoom. If you look closely at the images and you can see a distant hillside with home on top. In other images you can see the actual homes. Gives you an idea of the camera’s capability.
