One
of the first web sites that I created was
focused upon the wartime experiences
of my father, Francis Xavier Larkin
Snr. He was a signaler in the AIF 2/19th
Battalion. My father was
captured by the Japanese during the
battle of the
Muar in January,
1942.
Following that he was interned
in prisons and camps in Malaya, Singapore,
Thailand
and Japan. My dad managed to survive
the war. You can explore the photographs,
letters,
maps and documents relating to my father's
experiences at the web site simply

of War.
Recently
I have created a few web topic specific sites
for my students. Over time I hope to
expand this aspect of my web site.
